Mechanic UV Glue GY-UVH900 UV CURING SOLDER MASK INK GREEN

Solder mask insulates against electrical connections and does not allow solder to stick to it. It is why you can solder to a solder pad, but not to the board itself. It does not conduct electricity and is heat resistant. Mechanic LY-UVH900 is used to Insulate jumpers, Cover exposed ground around BGA chipset pads, Cover leads of components you do not want to touch a jumper. Apply a small amount using a toothpick, then cure in with UV light. Dispensing needle is included. Note that plunger is not included. Screwsdriver or similar tool can be used instead of a plunger.
